Charging Station and Port Charger Review
I've been looking at lots of USB ports and outlet plugs with USB ports, smart ones, hidden ones, there are just so many choices. In a house with 8 people there are lots of gadgets that are in a constant need of charging. I've been trying to decide where to set up a charging area so that i'm not tripping over cords constantly. When I saw this 4 port USB charger from Aropey at $13 you really can't go wrong. I really like that this has a open slot to rest your phone and a switch to turn the unit off.
Since I don't have a designated charge area yet this makes it easy to set up any flat surface into an impromptu charge area. I really like that this charger has fast charge and smart detects the optimal charging power to each port. It says that each port can handle a fast charge of 20W but I have not tested this out. I'm thinking that since this is such a small port I will just place it in a large decorative box and use that as a charging area that can be hidden out of the way.
If you're looking for a small USB charger this is a really great buy. It's small enough to have it hidden out of the way and has enough ports and power to be really useful.
