This month's Recipes are all about Spring Cleaning!

If you've read my other recipe box reviews you know I always love everything in my boxes, but I have to tell you again I absolutely love the stickers they've started to send in the last couple boxes recently they are so pretty and really make my DIY recipes look more pinteresty!

I love all of these scents. Clean and fresh is my favorite of all. These four essential oils are all great for cleaning.

Clean & Fresh : It's aroma is Bright, fresh, and slightly Camphoraceous. This a great addition to any DIY cleaner blends. Just add 30 drops to water in a 16oz spray bottle shake spray and clean! It can also be defused for a clean smelling house. Therapeutic Properties are Deodorant, antibacterial, airborne antimicrobial, and antiviral as well as refreshing.

Grapefruit didn't have a dedicated sleeve like the other so I'm not sure what you can use grapefruit on but I do know its antibacterial.

Thyme: Treats acne, cold sores, burns, eczema, and other skin-related issues. It has calming properties to relax the body and mind, relieves gout, wounds, bites, respiratory problems and prevents hair loss.

Basil: In the 16th century powdered basil was used to treat migraines and chest infections. It also helps reduce anxiety and depression when diffused.  That is really interesting! It makes me understand the sleeping recipe now.

This month we received 6 recipes another Cleaning Spray, Deodorizing Disk, Night Night Diffuser Blend, Dishwasher Tablets, Bathroom Poo Spray, and Dryer Ball recipes. Is it sad that the recipe I was most excited about was the Poo Spray??!

I was excited about the dryer balls. I have been using dryer balls for about 6 1/2 years. Since I decided to cloth diaper. As you can see these were a great addition my dryer balls are getting pretty old and have even shrunk and are starting to show their insides. I try to keep at least 12 dryer balls in my dryer for the best results. There is a learning curve with these because to few balls and you may have to do more drying and to much drying and few balls causes static. There are times my husband over dries and I have a horrible week of constantly getting shocked. So the dryer ball recipe was super easy, just drop 2-3 drops on each dryer ball and let dry 5-10 minutes than dry your close as you normally would. It does leave a faint fresh scent to your clothes.

I've been wanting to try the "poo sprays" they already have out on the market for awhile but I keep telling myself why buy when I can make? Of course I haven't gotten around to making it but now I have. I love the sticker for this it's so pretty. The scent isn't to strong, we spray 4 sprays in the toilet before going, and it works very well. I see how this could really help a relationship. Things can get pretty tense in our house when my husband decides to "go" right before bed in our master bath, the door is fairly close to our bed so its not a very pleasant thing. Now I don't have to worry about it and don't have to fight with my husband to use our main bathroom. I really was surprised at how well this works.

What do you think of this months Simply Earth Recipe Box? As always I think it is A+, I still have a hard time believing that I get 4 new essential oils, plus recipes, and extras for only $39 a month. It is definitely cheaper than anything the big name sellers offer. There essential oils are high quality too so your not losing when you chose the more affordable offer.

This box is still available until the last day of the month!
