I saw this cute scarf set and I knew my oldest daughter would love it. Obviously it gets pretty cold in the morning even here in Sunny California. My oldest daughter is in Middle School and she starts later than all her siblings but since taking 4 kids to 3 different schools takes about an hour she gets to school before its open. So she usually waits with the other kids whose parents drop them off before the school opens.

This cute marbled knit set with pink trim is adorable and oh so soft. For being 100% acrylic it is very squishy and soft even more so than Red Hearts Soft acrylic yarn.  It's knit up in a simple garter stitch with a ribbed accent.  The garter stitch is perfect for the busy-ness of the black and white mixed yarn.

I love the length of of the scarf it's really long and wide which gives you plenty of options of ways to wear it. The hat is really stretchy, I had my hair in a bun and had no problem getting to fit comfortably.

I think my daughter will love this set, I plan on giving it to her for Christmas. Next week.
