Sore Muscle Roll On

by - February 26, 2018

My February Simply Earth Recipe Box has by far been my favorite box you can see what I received in my February box by clicking Here. I love all the essential oils and recipes included. My favorite recipe in this box was their Sore Muscles Be Gone.

I was a little skeptical that this would work to be honest. I really love my essential oils and I am still very new to all things oily, and I don't view them as a magic cure all. I do love how they make me feel when I use them in my diffuser and I love adding them to homemade products. With that said as soon as I saw the recipe I made this up right away, my husband suffers from shoulder pain from a torn rotator cuff and it couldn't hurt to try it. I'm so glad I did, this stuff really does help with pain, and fast too. It's really is a miracle on a sore and achy back and my husband says it really takes the edge of his shoulder pain.

All you need for this roller is just 2 essential oils and a carrier oil. Simply Earth suggests Coconut Oil.
